Randy graduated from Harding University in 1982 with a degree in Business Management and started working the next day in the jewelry business. He furthered his education in the field of jewelry management by obtaining his Graduate Gemologist degree in 1984. Randy especially enjoys working with his customers on creating unique, one-of-a-kind custom pieces. His specialties also include working with couples selecting engagement rings or wedding sets. Randy’s bridal inventory includes everything from the new trendy looks to the traditional sets and solitaires of any kind. Banks Jewelers works with customers from all over the United States because of the high quality of service they have received over the years and because of the trustfulness and integrity of Randy.

Rhonda specializes in buying inventory for the store. The amazing variety of jewelry and gifts that customers have come to expect from Banks Jewelers is a reality because of the knowledge of trends and quality of merchandise that Rhonda possesses. She studies the industry and has a gift for selecting unique specialty jewelry as she coordinates most of the stores ordering and merchandising. Rhonda is also a 1982 graduate of Harding University and has a degree in merchandising.

Debbie Nutt has been with Banks Jewelers since 2006 and brings with her over fifteen years of experience in the jewelry business. Debbie has a passion for the jewelry business and can make excellent suggestions for your next special gift giving occasion.

Diane also has a passion for jewelry and has been with Banks Jewelers since 2004. She is our accounting clerk, the one in charge of all financial transactions along with our inventory pricing. She also keeps excellent records of customer buying histories, so if you need to match a piece of jewelry previously purchased, give her a call.

Patrick Turgeon is our on-site custom jewelry designer. He is a graduate of Texas Institute of Jewelry and has over 20 years experience in stone setting, repair work, and custom jewelry. You'll be absolutely amazed by Patrick's work. When you bring your jewelry in for repair, by the time Patrick is finished working on it, your jewelry will look just like the day you bought it.

Leia came to work for us in 2006. She is in control of and monitors all our social media networking for the business. This includes adding inventory, featuring new products, and keeping customers updated on what is going on at Banks Jewelers. She also handles everything from sales to giftwrapping. There's not much she can't do.

Terry Allison manages our Hope store and does all of our watch repair from there. He is an expert watch repairman and can do any type of watch repair, including on quartz watches.
